The Job

The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the software industry, business development strategies, and digital marketing tactics to drive growth and increase our company's market share.

  • This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a track record in driving sales and revenues, and extensive pre-sales experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Understand the needs of our customers and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Draw up client contracts - help the legal consultants to construct the agreements or vet the agreements send by prospects
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work closely with the product / technology team to develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns, with a particular focus on digital marketing and SEO tactics.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends, to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and report to the management team.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, demonstrating technical and business understanding to potential clients, and helping to tailor solutions to their needs.
  • CTC: As per industry standards
