The Job

Ability to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, conduct market research and knowledge in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the software industry, business development strategies (lead generation), and digital marketing tactics to drive growth and increase our company's market share. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.

  • Conducting extensive market research to identify potential customers/clients within our target market and exploring new revenue opportunities
  • Work with the Lead to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales, prepare metrics
  • Implementing and managing email campaigns to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel
  • Creating and optimising Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential leads
  • Collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Assisting in the creation of design artworks for marketing materials, including graphics for email campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional materials
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing techniques
  • Should work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • CTC: As per industry standards

Preferred requirements

  • Conducting lead sourcing activities to identify potential customers/clients within our target market
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Exposure in lead generation and coming up with high-quality leads
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, calls and Google Ads
  • Candidates from Kerala are preferred
