The Job

  • Managed a complete ecommerce backend and Customer Support & Management.
  • Remotely analyze and debug all project specific IT infrastructure software issues
  • Excellent client relationship and customer handling skill (Mainly US Clients)
  • Handled IT production support, resolved Technical issues
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged (eg: JIRA)
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the mentioned areas
  • Willing to work in flexible timing to support US team
  • CTC: As per industry standards

  • Ability to join as early as possible
  • Knowledge of eCommerce flows such as product configuration in database
  • Managing content and configuration using a CMS according to client requirements
  • Candidates from Kerala are Preferred

  • Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma related to Computer Science
